Sonia is a bilingual massage therapist who speaks both French and English. Before becoming a massage therapist, she worked as a sous-chef for 12 years. Wanting a more meaningful career, she decided to become a certified massage therapist through the Quebec Massage Therapists Association (AQTN). She is now continuing her studies in kinesitherapy to improve her skills.
Sonia specializes in deep tissue, therapeutic, and relaxation massages. She combines skill, careful listening, and a true love for helping others to offer massages that meet your specific needs.
