Special Circumstances

A: It depends on the service. For table-based massage (Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic), you undress to your comfort level and are covered by professional draping throughout. For clothed modalities (Thai, Shiatsu, Chair Massage), you remain fully clothed. See our "What to Wear" guide for complete service-specific guidance
A: Yes — always. Tell your therapist to increase or decrease pressure at any point during the session. A good RMT adapts continuously to your feedback. You should never experience sharp or unbearable pain — productive pressure is acceptable; sharp pain is not.
A: Yes — many clients do. It is a sign that your nervous system has entered a parasympathetic state, which is one of the goals of the session. Your therapist will continue working quietly and let you know gently when the session is complete
