Office Massage for Employees

Certified RMTs come to your workplace and deliver professional massage — at desks, in boardrooms, or dedicated wellness spaces. No spa required.

Professional massage therapy — brought to your office.

We send certified Registered Massage Therapists directly to your workplace. They arrive with full equipment — a portable massage chair for quick desk-side sessions, or a professional table for private room treatments — and deliver sessions to employees one by one throughout the day, fully managed by our team.

No advance preparation is required from you beyond a space and a schedule. We handle the booking coordination, timing, and all equipment. Your team shows up, relaxes, and goes back to work.

"We bring the table, linens, and oils to your room. You don't go anywhere. We do."

Office massage reduces physical tension, lowers cortisol, and produces a measurable improvement in employee mood and focus — often noticed within the same afternoon.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How much space do we need for chair massage?

A single massage chair station requires approximately 4 sq ft of
floor space. It fits beside desks, in meeting rooms, corridors, and
reception areas. Our therapists set up in 5 minutes with no disruption
to the surrounding team.

Do employees need to undress for chair massage?

No — chair massage is performed entirely over clothing. Employees
arrive as they are, sit in the chair, and return to work immediately
after. No oils, no undressing, no preparation required.

How many employees can one therapist serve in a day?

Running 20-minute sessions, a therapist serves approximately 16–20 employees in an 8-hour day. For larger teams, we coordinate multiple therapists working simultaneously.

Can we book office massage on a recurring basis?

Yes — recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedules are our most popular corporate format. We manage scheduling, therapist assignment, and invoicing automatically once a recurring plan is confirmed.

Is office massage covered by employee health benefits?

Individual employees can submit their RMT receipts to their extended health benefits plans. Many Canadian employer plans cover RMT massage.
We provide individual receipts for each session on request.

Do you serve offices outside major Canadian cities?

We serve offices in all 60+ cities where we operate. For offices in
smaller markets, contact us and we'll check therapist availability
